About

After going through a total of eight rehabs and several 5150’s by the time I was 32 years old, I decided it was time to call it quits—with the hospitals, rehabs and prescription medications, not the drinking. For the following 3 years I immersed myself in the most amount of alcohol one person could possibly consume without dying.

The uncontrollable, monstrous, alcohol induced hallucinations are what finally got to me.

Now—here and in my new bookFrom Death Do I Part: Overcoming Addictions When Rehab Fails, I am able to offer encouragement, hope, and valuable inspiration for anyone who suffers with addiction and depression. When rehab fails to help, as it has time and time again for me, there is still hope. I am proof.

From Death Do I Part will be available Summer, 2009.

Amy, I am really looking forward to reading your story when the book comes out. You demonstrate enormous unselfish courage in being willing to help others by sharing your story.

I want to wish you the very best life has to offer. No one deserves this more than you Amy.

Irrespective of what you may have done or had to endure in the past right now is the beginning of the rest of your life.

You are an inspiration and a genuine hero in a world that needs genuine heroes.

You are a role model for those caught up in substance abuse and alcoholism that want to escape the nightmare and make something of themselves, that want to make a difference.

You are making a difference Amy. You have every reason to stand tall. Have a happy safe and prosperous 2009.
